After working in Sales and Business Development of technical solutions in Germany for more than ten years, Francis Kremer decided to relocate to China four years ago. Since then he has helped international Automotive players to localize their supply chain in China, Local for local.

Francis serves as Sales and Marketing Director for JULI Automation, providing EV motor assembly lines mainly to international Tier 1 suppliers. As investments in China are decided by mixed teams of Chinese and foreign technology professionals, Francis is coaching his all-Chinese team to provide international Engineering service, Key Account and Project Management.
