After study in Shanghai and Darmstadt, Haiying Chen worked 4 years in Sales and Strategic Purchasing in a German SME. 2008 he joined a German Strategic Management Consultancy with focus on Market Strategy of German SME in China.

After 8 years working in the consultancy in Germany and China, Haiying Chen returned to industry company in 2016 and was responsible to the Post-Merger-Integration of a former Chinese private production company acquired by a German investor.

Haiying Chen is since 2018 General Manager of Bielomatik Machinery (Dongguan), providing plastic welding solutions for mainly automotive Tier 1 suppliers.
