Thomas Willemsen held managerial positions at various mechanical engineering companies from 1996 to 2019, where he was in charge of after-sales / service and machine sales. Among other things, he was responsible for the establishment, expansion and management of various branches in China, India, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and Brazil. Since 2019 he has been working as a freelance interim manager and consultant.
